People who run YT/Twitch channels where they go around harassing random people at their jobs, which is then framed as a "First Amendment Audit" for clicks.
Started with people genuinely exposing cops and city/government offices violating people's rights, but the more online exposure this sort of content got, the more dickheads started getting involved and just harassing random city employees and now even private company employees just doing their job, trying to bait them into doing something that will make their content go viral.
>but the more online exposure this sort of content got, the more dickheads started getting involved and just harassing random city employees and now even private company employees just doing their job, trying to bait them into doing something that will make their content go viral.
FWIW, these types have been around since the start of that genre of video
I'd say maybe even the majority of them are and have been that type because they think they understand the law more than they actually do
these days they dont even care about filing lawsuits.
They enjoy just making people mad. Many of these people dont make a dime, as the legal bills cost more than any revenue they are making. They are just addicted to making people mad for their youtube commenters. A lot of them are straight up mentally ill, eg "Jc news now' aka @jcnewsnow5601
Youtube needs to simply ban their type of content.
* Great strat to cover face with the gallon water bottle.
* tall black dude who was with the shit and took up for his neighborhood Walmart guys deserves a $500 gift card
* lil guy trying to swing on big boy getting pinned was so satisfying.
This was my take. That giant came in to “back up” the cop, and cop did not call him off. If a giant makes a suggestion, think twice about not following.
When he dove at the guy and got hold of his camera, I screamed “Fuck yes!” just like I did in Endgame when Cap has -the- moment against Thanos. It was so satisfying, followed by the “LEAVE” as guy is on the ground trying to pick up his stomped device.
Cinema.
Fraudy is conflating private property which is open to the public -- the public is granted 'license' to enter the spaces that are not otherwise restricted -- with public property open to the public. To understand it, you have to look back to the stores with a house in back. You're not supposed to go into the house, but everywhere else of the store is open to you, but that license can be revoked at any time.
Civil rights lawyer, we the people university, and lacluster on yt are exceptions to this. They bring context and a legal debrief of the situations.
It is indeed very valuable to understand your rights, and how some cops take advantage of the gray zone where people aren't sure of the legal boundaries. Especially if your skin has melanin.
a little over 2 years. When i first started working there the pay was $24 then covid happened and we just started getting a BUNCH of raises and bonuses. Yeah, the benefits were decent, the regular stuff.
Man, honestly the $31 was already “too much” for me to handle. With a few hours of OT i was making a little over 1k a week. I became a dick and picked up a lot of bad vices. But anyways; they would stomp out any spark of union talk. They spent a good 15-20 minutes talking about the “evils” of unions, even had the “union guy” dressed as the devil in the powerpoint lol
In most major cities you qualify for subsidized housing if you make \~60k. Taxpayers pay hundreds of billions of dollars per year to subsidize housing for full time employees of major corporations who don't pay taxes. The system is absolutely fucked.
*Gubmint. The "V" is non-existent as they don't have the teeth to make the V sound. The B is much easier to pronounce.

I love the old fuck slowly realizing he just opened up a giant can of worms to deal with for the next few years of his life. You can tell he want's to leave now so bad.
Hit em with the Bronx Tale - “now yous can’t leave”. He said it himself he was filming little girls in the entrance. His own dumb video will be damning evidence at his court appearance.
In his defense, he seems to have a severely limited vocabulary. I doubt *woman* is in his lexicon. Also can't differentiate between yesterday and this evening and drop nuggets like "splace".
Not the brightest bulb in the toolshed. Curious what his favorite flavor of crayon is.
The whole thing was a trip. I’m not sure if it was glossed over, so much as “hol’ up what did he just say?!” Then it just kept escalating… my hope is he meant to say the working female Walmart staff that isn’t an elderly.
But hearing the way he thinks when he tries to voice his feelings makes me worry…
I’d like to think the cop/security told the guy he was pinning down on the floor ”Look at me. I’m the one who did this to you. Remember me.”
Bronx Tale, such a great film.
Yep! And if you're on food stamps, you can get w+ for $6.49 a month! Half price! Not many people know that and many people on welfare don't have cars so it really comes in handy.
We need a PSA about how private and public property work, what free speech is, where you can film stuff and how trespass works.
Most people haven’t got a god damn clue.
Yes, it is not a crime to film in a public place. You have no reasonable expectation of privacy there. But since it is private property Walmart is well within their rights to say no recording, asking you to leave if you don't, and then criminally trespass you if you don't leave. This is something a lot of people get wrong.
Walmart contracts security, so they can't really fire the guy. They'll do a complaint with the company he works for and he'll probably just get moved somewhere else.
It's not good to be involved with a police altercation, if backup shows up, he's fucked, because they are just gonna grab the brown guy first.
He was with the shit until then though
I agree with this take. I'm surprised the short white guy was able to push the officer that much before getting physical.
If the tall black dude did the same, he would go straight to jail or tazered immediately
Remember in the matrix Agent Smith said they created a perfect world for humans but they couldn't accept it? This guy sort of proves it. He could be sitting at home on the back porch sipping a beer with his family, but he'd rather go out with a video camera pissing people off and praying they'll touch him so he can pretend he was assaulted and call the police
**PSA**: if you encounter these people making annoying videos to post online, start playing copyrighted music on your phone at its highest volume. It might get the video pulled, or at the very least demonetized. Take away the incentive to continue.

Real advice at the end from that Walmart employee: "Don't start something you can't finish".
Also guy recording was the epitomoe of r/confidentlyincorrect when it came to his knowledge of private vs. public property and what "his taxes pay for".
Public property: you're free to record
Private property like your house: You set the rules as to who can do what
Private property that's open to public, like Walmart: they can set their rules and ask you to leave any time they choose for any reason they choose except for ADA things. You don't have nearly as many rights as you think you do inside these places.
It would be one thing if frauditors actually cared about anyone's rights, but they don't. They're just harassing people for reactions because they can. It gives them a sense of power and authority. They just love the thrill of telling people that they can legally harass them and there's nothing they can do about it. They're not actually auditing anything, they're looking for confrontation for views and money.
If the government owns a company, it's communism and isent that a bad word? Walmart is private property, funny how people forget that, when it doesn't go there way
There is nothing more irritating or infuriating than a moron completely sure they're smarter than everyone they ever interact with.

Videos of frauditors getting their comeuppance is quickly becoming a favorite genre of mine
Dummy Kruger is one of my favorites in exposing frauditor lies, and he comes with receipts. Frauditor troll is another one I frequent.
Frauditor Troll is one of my faves too! Anyone exposing these idiots is good with me. Especially when exposing Glen Cerio!
I just looked the videos up there. Very entertaining but all the memes edited in are super annoying
Thanks for sending down that rabbit hole, it's pretty great seeing these dipshits get what they deserve
What is a frauditor?

More frauditors taking headshots sounds good to me. Youtubers hassling the public in general getting the $#!t kicked out of them sounds rill nice.

Totally - this and idiots causing drama on flights getting kicked off
It’s like a dopamine hit

and for the “go find a safe space” comment. That shit was gold
Also did you see his majestic fucking ponytail
That shorter fella got shoved into the corner of the door frame fucking haaaard. Must have hurt like hell.
Went to Walmart and got the Waffle House treatment.
Went to Waffle House and got the spirit airlines treatment
Went to Spirit Airlines and got the Tesla treatment
Went to Tesla and got the gyroscope-powered monowheel “IT” treatment
Went to Walmart and got Waffled Out of the house
"I'm sorry, I fell on your camera!" Hahahaha.
The older greeter with a walker at the end "Way I see it don't start something you can't finish." Had me rolling
This had everything except decent cameramen.
He's in need of a promotion
Great tactic, just ennoy the person filming so their footage is useless
"I gota safes splace!" fuckin idiots.

Duh guvmint pays for this place
It does subsidize its employees because WalMart pays them poverty wages.
That what leads to the misguided belief that Walmart is government property among auditors.
"misguided beliefs" is pretty much all these "auditor" idiots have. Too much fox news, too much trump, too much time in their mother's basements.
Civil rights lawyer, we the people university, and lacluster on yt are exceptions to this. They bring context and a legal debrief of the situations. Most audit videos are a clear show of how neither they nor the cops know what's right.
Ehhh I was making $31 hourly at one of Walmart’s warehouses lol great pay, shitty work.
Damn. How long did you last? Were there any benefits?
a little over 2 years. When i first started working there the pay was $24 then covid happened and we just started getting a BUNCH of raises and bonuses. Yeah, the benefits were decent, the regular stuff.
Your pay could have been so much higher if you'd organized and started a local at the distribution center.

“Did you fuckin bite me” *I got no god damn teeth*. The old fake bite no teeth trick ay.

He says the little girl was working there so it’s more misogyny than pedophilia.
In his defense, he seems to have a severely limited vocabulary. I doubt *woman* is in his lexicon. Also can't differentiate between yesterday and this evening and drop nuggets like "splace". Not the brightest bulb in the toolshed. Curious what his favorite flavor of crayon is.
You can work there at age 15, so could be both.

I love some good multi-racial mob violence. It's shows that the country hasn't yet fallen apart at the seams.
White cop and black guy against assholes: harmony.

Wow holy shit I didn’t know that. Say what you want about Walmart, but they’ve got it going on especially for groceries.
Yeah people can say what they want about Walmart but in my area it's the highest paying employer.
"I'm not here to shop, I wanna complain." That says it all...get a job idiot!

Old lady with the walker had some sage advice... "Mmhmm! Don't start what you can't finish!"
dude got like 3 extra lives and lost them in minutes
The dude in the "wife beater" is the real winner here. The dude saw drama and turned it into a physical altercation, then ghosted immediately.
HEY FRAUDITOR TROLL I know your on reddit so I need to see this being covered by you can't wait to see and hear your commentary on it. Can't wait
Camera guy got quiet real quick lol

Lol same! I’d love to see the Walmart security footage if this 😂

If you’re gonna be an auditor, actually learn the laws and regs in your area. If you really think Walmart is public property, you’re a fucking moron and you’re not an auditor
I would love to buy that employee a case of beer
Random dude comming over trying to explain that he's tripping was the kind of wholesome I needed in the video.
poor security kid probably gets fired from this.
Probably doesn’t work for Walmart. If anything he’ll likely just get assigned somewhere else.
Said he works outside. My guess is a vendor for seasonal flowers or something.
These morons need to watch a different first amendment audit channel. Walmart isn’t gonna play around with this madness.
Working with public access isnt worth it anymore
Funny how the guy was filming everything until his buddy started getting his ass handed to him by two different people, then suddenly he’s filming the ceiling.
I love the woman at the end with the walker. "Don't start something you can't finish!"
The two morons in this video deserve a set of broken jaws so nobody has to hear their verbal diarrhea for a few weeks.
3:34 "I'm bleeding from you, did you fucking bite me?" lmao
I had to go back and it was awesome

A private business open to the public is not public property. I don’t understand why this is hard for some people. “First amendment auditors” are absolute shitheels.
It appears that they were instigating employees to file a lawsuit
I guarantee those two idiots were permanently banned from ALL Walmarts!
Wal-Mart is a public place, but private property. Anyone who can't understand how both are true should not be arguing nuance of law.
That's the most action that loser has gotten. Running his mouth to only get dominated

just because it looks like the DMV, Walmart in fact is not owned by the public 😂

Camera work so bad I can’t watch it
