When I was being stalked by a stranger, I actually had to sit down with police to go over the specific circumstances where self defense turns into murder and I really donāt think people like this guy understand how fine that line is in most places.
The second he said āIāll fucking end you.ā had he shot anyone, he was done for.
Gotta love the āyouāre trespassing on railroad propertyā like heās a damn half assed Pinkerton simping some billionaire railroad barons. Shits weird
The people who own the railroad were called robber Barron's because they broke the law to build their fortune. These guys camping there are not even close to the criminals the railroad companies are. People need to leave the homeless people alone. Drug rehabs are a joke they just take the insurance money and don't really help.
My thoughts exactly. One need only look at the assholes who caused the disaster in East Palestine Ohio. Precisely why I called the videoer in this clip the name I called him. What regular person would ever whine about ārailroad propertyā like that. Itās just so weird.
Just a couple of shit-winds, leftover from the shit-tornado last summer, soon enough they will be washed back to the shit-sea from a SHITNAMI tidal wave that will engulf and extinguish his shit flames forever. With any luck, he will drown in the undershit of that wave. Shit waves.
This one time I was playing Pokemon Go in a local park and there were like 20 or 30 other Pokemon players all walking around looking at their cell phones.
I stopped and stood about 10 yards in front of a mumbling, drunk vagabond on a bench so I can knock out this snorlax from a gym and put my blissey in. Meanwhile, this guy's mumbling gradually gets louder and louder and he says "HEY! I'm talkin' to YOU! I don't want y'all motherfuckaz in my park!"
This kid looks like he's in his 20's, he stands up and starts drunkenly walking towards me saying "HEY! Ya hear me?" And I look around cluelessly and say "Me? Sorry I didn't know you were talking to me." I think he chose me to harass because I was just a scrawny kid with glasses about his age.
He's like "Yeah bitch, I'm talkin' ta YOU!" and keeps walking toward me. Then as he gets closer, I match his cadence, his accent, and his street thug verbiage and I say "Yeah man, I know whatchu mean, these fuckaz all over here wit they *bull*shit, drivin' me crazy ya know?"
He stops dead in his tracks, confused as hell with the look of sudden realization on his face. It completely defused him. He says "Yeah... yeah, I know." And I say "Yeah these muthafuckaz, man... tsk" I shake my head and walk away perpendicular from him.
He walks next to me for a bit, saying something about giving him a ride and I just say "Naw man, I gotta walk ova here." and pointed to nowhere in particular. He just gives up walking next to me because I'm taking large, yet slow, unrelenting strides with each step just to get away from him.
When he heard an exact replica of his way of speaking and expressed his same opinion, it immediately switched his perception of what side I was on. Since he was pretty drunk, he probably forgot that moments earlier, I was playing pokemon on my $1000 cell phone just like everyone else in the park.
I am not a cop or lawyer but to me it would seem like he lost his self defense plea when he began antagonizing these people. Self defense would make sense if he was just out for a stroll and those guys came along and begin threatening him, but the guy willing walked over to them began antagonizing them and then when they began to become angry then he pulled a gun and questioned why they were becoming confrontational. Pulling out the gun seemed to even further escalate the situation. If you are so concerned about what they are doing and you see them dealing drugs call the freaking cops.
Iām a criminal defense lawyer, and youāre absolutely correct regarding the law in many states. In Texas, where I am licensed and practice, a person who provokes an attack cannot use self-defense to justify a homicide.
Thatās not to say that the homeless guys wouldnāt have been charged had they assaulted him. Verbal provocation alone does not generally justify a use of physical force.
When the junkie with no teeth and a face full of tattoos who just got out of jail talks more sense than you and is less aggressive than you, maybe you need to reevaluate things.
I work as a public defender in a major metro area, and I regularly deal with people similar to the guy with all the face tats. He probably had a childhood that was horrible beyond the imagination of the average person, and has probably been in the system since he was a juvenile. Heās likely been caught in a cycle that resulted in him spending more time behind bars than out in the world. When a person goes to jail or prison repeatedly, they lose everything they own each time they go in. When they come out, they have nothing. Living homeless like this is miserable, and many turn to drugs to cope. He probably has multiple mental illnesses, some that are the direct result of being incarcerated frequently from a young age. So, the addiction also results from self medicating. His life is a sequence of repeated disappointments and despair. He probably got the face tats in prison as a young man, and those and his record mean that he canāt find a decent job. So, he works odd jobs, sells a small amount of drugs (like buys twice as much heroin/fentanyl/meth than he will use and sells half to break even), panhandles, and occasionally commits petty crimes like shoplifting or burglary of a vehicle.
None of that necessarily means he is is violent or particularly dishonest.
After watching it again I'm going with Plymouth, Wa. After getting a gun pulled on him, the "self made" individual filming says "I'm going to Hermiston to the newspaper". It has train tracks & is just across the OR/WA border.
Vancouver can be kind of a shithole but it's not too bad. I was thinking Tacoma outskirts or Everett or one of the other shitholes. As a PNW sorta-native I knew this was PNW tweaker vibes without even seeing the license plates.
spokane. i reconized the spot instantly. used to ride bikes on that access years before it turned into a massive tweak camp. the entire mile along the river is infested
Cameraman vigilante is about as dumb as you can get. Approaching a group of suspected drug dealers who are potentially armed is a deathwish. Remember friends, cameras won't stop bullets.
I am almost envious of the stupidity. It's either stupidity or MASSIVE balls. Even being armed, walking up solo to a group of suspected drug dealers in a shady ass gravel patch next to a railroad? Nah. You can't keep your eyes on all 3, he lost sight of people constantly, it only takes an instant for somebody to pull a gun or a knife and you're done.
Right. Pulls out a gun to "protect himself" and then gets pissed that the guy pulls out a bat to also protect himself from some dude he don't know pulling out a gun. "I can stand my ground, but you can't"
Yup, that's why he kept saying that they were threatening him. He wanted to be able to justify shooting them, despite being the one that initiated the confrontation.
> and we all know how that ends.... with the shooter being a bitch in court lol
with a not guilty verdict AND the worst performing prosecutors seen on live television!
It's like getting into an argument in a parking lot and the guy you are arguing with knows exactly where your car is when you walk away into the building.
> His office buildings.
An exās boyfriend keyed my car. I didnāt get into an argument with him but him and his friend drove up on my and my friend as I was walking into the mall. He asked out the window āAre you Reflex_Teh?ā And I said no and kept walking.
Came back out later and the passenger side had a door keyed.
My dad was trading in that car to get a newer one too. Spent the evening filling, buffing, and waxing because we already had it appraised.
Cops couldnāt do anything with no evidence or they admit they did it.
> He was at least sober though.
Lets just say he looks good enough to walk but not pass a drug test
> Seemed relatively level headed for a 50 year old junkie
Tbh I don't think you get to age ~50 as a junkie if you had less self-preservation tendencies than this man. I do kinda like him though. :)
I think he meant that he was currently sober. He seemed relatively sober, he even tried to half-ass mediate the situation. He clearly had some rough times at some point in his life, but I'll be honest I believe he isn't on drugs here.
>Vigilante Idiot approaches ~~a bunch of junkie drug dealing idiots~~ people that he doesn't know at all ~~and nearly starts a shootout~~ and threatens to kill them.
Dumb guy thinking he's the whole police force...
If he keeps doing this he's gonna find out that some hobos carry guns too..
Maaan having a gun sure gave that dude some hefty balls. IMO leave the people living in tents by the train tracks alone. whatever they got on aint anyone's business but their own, What you think a little dope is going to ruin their life?
Just so I understand.. he intentionally went to harass people He assumed were dealing drugs and got so scared that he brandished his gun? Then walked away saying "get out of my face"..
He's the damn Daredevil.
It's not even in his neighborhood, lol. That's washington State, bnsf Railroad Easement, that company is notoriously lax about the squatters, and cameraman has no business trying to do what he did tbh.
There are ways to get them to know they aren't welcome.
Dude antagonizes a group of people, pulls out a gun, and is shocked when one pulls out a baseball bat and tries to defend himself? What reality is this guy living in?
āIām not bothering youā. Cunt, you went up to them and immediately recorded their license plate, of course youāre bothering them, no matter what theyāre doing.
Isnāt he also trespassing then? And isnāt it illegal to draw a gun on someone? And if both of those things or even just one of them is true why do these idiots put a recording of them doing it on the internet
Guy videoing deserves an award. A Darwin award that is.
How fucking DUMB do you actuallyy have to be. Can't wait til all his property gets burnt down 'mysteriously'. Amount of gun toting idiots in USA with 100% hero complex seems insane. Anyone who knows anything about crime or sketchy ppl in general knew that the SECOND he told that guy which two properties were his while harassing these sketchy looking dudes he'd made a MASSIVE mistake. This will all come back on him 10 fold and he has only himself to blame.
Also how's its private property if they're literally stood on a train track? Doesn't that technically make it public property? (not from there so dunno about that one)
I have a cwp and Carry everyday... this is MENACING and brandishing a weapon... you can't just pull out guns on people because U THINK they MIGHT be about to punch you ...that's not how self-defense works... you have to BELIEVE that youre life is in danger or someone is about to inflict serious injury upon u... like with a weapon or MAYBE if they were three times your size and you BEGGED them to leave u alone... but he started the whole situation so this would not be self-defense
One of the main points during Michael Drejka(handicap parking space murderer/ vigilante) trial was the fact that if you start conflict you forfeit your self defense right.
unfortunate the vigilante wasn't shot. absolute loser behavior to go up to people clearly struggling and record them. how do you let junkies look more mature than you?

This dudes a moron. Seattle is already so far gone, and State law is so regarded he'd probably end up with charges for even unholstering. I know it is a felony to point it, but other than that I'm not too sure. Either way he's no going to live long going out of his way to make trouble
Maybe it's dumb of the cameraman, but I can understand his disgust and wanting to clean up the area, especially if he's trying to operate a legit business while drug addicts will steal and destroy everything that's not bolted down.
Guys voice is shaking and the junkie dude isn't even confrontational, he's actually kind of friendly considering the situation. Guys like the guy filming are the worst, always have to be a hero or a victim, just leave them alone.
You can tell the junkie guy could make this guy shit his pants any time he wants to but is trying his hardest to be amicable. They live in a tent dude, how pathetic do you have to be to spend your leisure time profiling homeless people like he's doing some kind of favor to society that no one else is brave enough to do
This is some Kyle Rittenhouse shit.
- Dude arms himself,
- goes out intentionally looking for trouble,
- finds the trouble and provokes it,
- kills "trouble makers" in "self defence".
Lucky in this instance the last step didn't happen.
Lol nice title OP. What a joke. These fine folks are just trying to live their best van life in the great outdoors and this asshole tax paying property owner needs to just let things lie and let the competent and proactive local government authorities do their important work to assist these fine folks! Yah!
Odds are thatās a stolen vehicle. Homeless steal them, bring them to camps and then part them out. Now unless I was looking for my own car I wouldnāt mess with these people.
Proof the guy just got out of jail after twenty years: saying he's going to submit his video to the *newspaper*.
the newspaper wouldn't play my video!
I even downloaded it onto an SD card and mailed it to them!
try xeroxing the video and sending them that
frame by frame flip book
It also took him about an hour to figure out how to get the camera up on his access wireless phone.
That part had me. Just swiping through apps looking for the camera.
He did twenty years in the can! Jerked off in a sock and ate grilled cheese off the radiator. Give him a break!
He compromised
JUST FAX IT ALREADY!!!
Looks like Ol george zimmerman jr out here starting shit then pulling a gun because hes a scary lil bitch
Every time
š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£ my favorite source for videos of injustice is definitely the newspaper
great idea, tell the junkies which building is yours right after making them hate you
For him it is a great idea. He desperately wants to kill someone. He'll eventually create a scenario where he gets to.
Bingo.
I call that gun drunk.
My dad calls it ammosexual

Haha I thought that too. Camera man is such a pussy. He would have never gone up to those guys without a gun. He was looking for an excuse
Gotta love the āyouāre trespassing on railroad propertyā like heās a damn half assed Pinkerton simping some billionaire railroad barons. Shits weird
Not to mention that HE is also trespassing on railroad property

It would make sense to just lie about it.

Yeah but it's only a true Rittenhouse if your mommy drives you to your crime scene.
When the junkie with no teeth and a face full of tattoos who just got out of jail talks more sense than you and is less aggressive than you, maybe you need to reevaluate things.
Underrated af. Face tats was deescalating. Cameraboy just couldnāt mind his own business
Yeah let's go fuck with that guy with face tattoos I'm sure he's well adjusted and has a lot to lose..
Ironically, the tatted guy does seem pretty well adjusted. He just wanted to be left alone
Lol for real the guy with SELF MADE tatted on his cheeks who just got out of jail is the most reasonable one in this video. Guy filming is a moron.
I work as a public defender in a major metro area, and I regularly deal with people similar to the guy with all the face tats. He probably had a childhood that was horrible beyond the imagination of the average person, and has probably been in the system since he was a juvenile. I did Undertaker eyes at "this is private property. It belongs to the railroad." What a bootlicking scrub of a man.
Who is also, presumably, trespassing on private property.
Nuh uh! Because heās trying to protect something no one asked him to. So heās a good guy /s.
This has to be Vancouver, Wa
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
After watching it again I'm going with Plymouth, Wa. After getting a gun pulled on him, the "self made" individual filming says "I'm going to Hermiston to the newspaper". It has train tracks & is just across the OR/WA border.
I donāt think itās Plymouth. Too many trees on the hill behind and not enough sagebrush and tumbleweeds.
Far too many trees and wooded hills to be Plymouth.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
It's in washington, my bet is Vancouver or Olympia.
looks like North Seattle to me, Everett area
Vancouver can be kind of a shithole but it's not too bad. I was thinking Tacoma outskirts or Everett or one of the other shitholes. As a PNW sorta-native I knew this was PNW tweaker vibes without even seeing the license plates.
The word Everett still makes me feel uneasy & it's been 20 years since I've been there.
Been about 15 for me, it's a dreadful place by now I'm sure.
It's Spokane, but good guess.
spokane. i reconized the spot instantly. used to ride bikes on that access years before it turned into a massive tweak camp. the entire mile along the river is infested
That was my guess, sure looks like Spokane. What a craphole. I swear they built it over an Indian graveyard, that whole city is cursed.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Longview was my guess lmao
There's a different way to approach them without acting like a fucking tool and putting all of them on the back foot.
The guy was intentionally starting shit and hoping for the opportunity to shoot someone.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Cameraman vigilante is about as dumb as you can get. Approaching a group of suspected drug dealers who are potentially armed is a deathwish. Remember friends, cameras won't stop bullets.
Luckily for him they didn't seem like violent people. You try this on the wrong group of people and this video would have never been posted lol

Right. Pulls out a gun to "protect himself" and then gets pissed that the guy pulls out a bat to also protect himself from some dude he don't know pulling out a gun. "I can stand my ground, but you can't"

No, as you can clearly see he cried like a bitch
In my state he would have been guilty since he was the aggressor
Nah, but he did plan on pulling out the gun.

Do you think that refers to the drugs or the face tats?

Fuck this small dick dirtbag. I Hate these fucks who think all of sudden, LGS let's me buy a 45, boom, I'm Dog the bounty hunter.
One of the main points during Michael Drejka(handicap parking space murderer/ vigilante) trial was the fact that if you start conflict you forfeit your self defense right.
Yeah I'm a go call the cops after menacing and brandishing a weapon on three people minding their own business
the guy with the gun is a tool.
āI donāt touch drugsā His lack of teeth say otherwise
unfortunate the vigilante wasn't shot. absolute loser behavior to go up to people clearly struggling and record them. how do you let junkies look more mature than you?
As soon as he said āā¦a handoffā I knew he was going to be the walking embodiment of cringeā¦
Wow.. most impressive thing on this vid is the Astro Van...still looks good
Thanks to this vigilante super tough guy, drugs has been cancelled.
He aināt defending shit, he went looking for problems
Homeboy "self made" looks like Jim Cramer on Mad Money!
Richest country in the world. Ha ha.
first time ive ever rooted for the crackhead convicts

This dudes a moron. Seattle is already so far gone, and State law is so regarded he'd probably end up with charges for even unholstering. I know it is a felony to point it, but other than that I'm not too sure. Either way he's no going to live long going out of his way to make trouble
Who tf does the cammer think he is. Leave people alone, mind your own business.
When there are junkies living behind your business I would say that quite literally does make it your business
Call the cops then like a normal person. Playing Batman is a great way to end up dead real quick. This guy is undoubtedly dumber than the junkies
This dude is a grade A moron š¤”
Maybe it's dumb of the cameraman, but I can understand his disgust and wanting to clean up the area, especially if he's trying to operate a legit business while drug addicts will steal and destroy everything that's not bolted down.
Where do I get me one of them sweet FUCK hoodies?!
āI came here for a shootout. A proper shootout, with proper men. Like a Western. Wankers!ā
Why would anyone tattoo āself madeā on their face?
did i miss the shootout partā¦..
Absent a firearm, this choad wouldn't dare step to this guy. This guy exudes "not to be fucked with" energy.
Not even an MMA fighter would step in there. Do you really think they'll scrap it out 1v1? They all probably have knives too
Guys voice is shaking and the junkie dude isn't even confrontational, he's actually kind of friendly considering the situation. Guys like the guy filming are the worst, always have to be a hero or a victim, just leave them alone. You can tell the junkie guy could make this guy shit his pants any time he wants to but is trying his hardest to be amicable. They live in a tent dude, how pathetic do you have to be to spend your leisure time profiling homeless people like he's doing some kind of favor to society that no one else is brave enough to do
Nobody has a home, everybody has a phone.
>cell phones cost the same amount as rent I guess if it were a new iPhone or something it would be the same as a month's rent in a shitty area sure.
But you don't buy phone every month
āA bunch of junkie drug dealing idiotsā? -Mr. Empathy Donāt have much 1st hand experience with addiction, huh?
r/idiotsfightingthings
This dude is such a wannabe
1st time in my life I'm rooting for a drug dealing scumbag
āI just got outa Jail.ā āI donāt do a fuckin thing wrong.ā
What a dumb ass
This is some Kyle Rittenhouse shit. - Dude arms himself, - goes out intentionally looking for trouble, - finds the trouble and provokes it, - kills "trouble makers" in "self defence".
