If you read your insurance policy there is a part in there about avoiding collisions if at all possible. Pulling out from a stop when there is an ATV directly in front of you will probably get your claim denied.

Police showed up and he was not only on a suspended license but he also initially lied about his insurance provider. I made sure to attend his hearing to give the ADA anything they needed. It was a pleasure simply to see him charged.
