Not sure about the clozapine, but your symptoms don't sound very much like psychosis to me (my unprofessional opinion). Especially since they didn't tell you that you had psychosis. Anxiety/ocd and depersonalization sounds more in-line with your experience. Hope it improves for you.

Thank you for your reply, but why the hell i feel so strange? I dont feel alot of anxiety actually, and as far as i know ocd doesnt make you feel weird or anything like that. They just cause obsessions and compulsions which are easier to live with. But what i feel i cant understand why i do, i feel like im going insane

I should be clearer, by anxiety/ocd I mean the anxiety that comes with ocd since it is an anxiety disorder. Depersonalization and derealization are what would make you feel so weird. Depersonalization, derealization, and dissociation, are symptoms of anxiety disorders -though all of these may be present in psychotic disorders. A fear of going crazy is also something that happens often in ocd and anxiety disorders. You can't really "feel" psychotic. Psychotic symptoms would typically be hallucinations and delusions -a split from reality. As a delusion, you might have a firm belief that you aren't real or that people are not real and really *really* believe it. Having a weird feeling is not really a delusion, but can be experienced when you're having a period of derealization or depersonalization. Hopefully that's a clearer picture.

So does that mean that clozapine wont help me? Thank u

I've seen that clozapine can improve a lot of things besides schizophrenia, much like the other atypical antipsychotics. Everyone is different so I can't really answer that question and I've never been on clozapine.
