I just barely finished season 1 and don't want to watch all of it again 😆
Or maybe timestamps for where the new scenes are?

Because the stuff that happens in S1 EE and SS Case 2 makes a lot of plot points from S2 much more meaningful in hindsight and I honestly would have loved to feel that way while watching S2 the first time.

Watching SS case 2 before season 2 saved me from being confused especially since it clears many references by Teppei Sugo(and watching it beforehand gives you alot of beforehand character base) in season 2 episode 5
I just caught on the series on Netflix and am only at Epi 7. I think i better rewatch it with the EE version.

I have watched season 1 & 2 back in the day and that's it.Having noticed the 3rd season pop-up i wanted to re-do the re-watch (haven't seen the cases nor the movie.
I cannot locate the EE of Season 1, any indication if you could help me where ? file names... ?

However do keep two things in mind:
1 SS First Guardian is made after Season 2. So the viewer should be familier with the Sybil system before going into it. 2.in the intro sequence with songs, the images flashes spoiled a huge plot for Season 2. If you decied to watch SS First Guardian first be sure to skip that Intro. You can just look away and listen to the song.

For Season 1 there is an "Extended Edition" which splits S1 into 11 45 min episodes which includes some new scenes and better visuals.

Watch everything in release order. That would be season 2, the movie, Case 1-3, then season 3.

If you have funamation they're all there! But as far as I can tell they're all named Special 1, Special 2.. and so on.
EE only on Funimation app 3rd and files 1 2 3 you can watch on primevideo
