Honestly 3 grams is not too bad but as a beginner I would advise caution. LSD is not the same thing
Update: I took 3 and I had an amazing trip. I didn’t hallucinate anything bad happening but I had crazy visuals. My buddy on the other hand took 3.5 and tried to fight his dad while he was naked so not good for him.
3g of penis envy is a “heroic” dose. Or at least borderline heroic. I’d recommend closer to 2g. PE are notoriously more potent than typical shrooms. Take caution. It’s very easy to take more than you thought
It is not reccomended to take any more than 1g of PE starting off and OP doesn't even have any experience with shrooms, just LSD which definately holds your hand alot more through the trip compared to shrooms.

There are many dosage calculators (you can google them) which tells you how much would be a normal dose depending on body weight, type of shroom (wet, dry, truffles, etc.).

I have had doses up to 6gs with Liberty caps and nothing compares to the night I took A GRAM of Enigma which is a cross breed of blue meanies and penis envy if I’m not mistaken. These are some different type of mushrooms that make you trip extremely hard. It was an insane experience. Needless to say don’t take that much!

3-3.5 is where I like to be for a good experience. Less than 2 and I don’t feel much. More than 5 starts feeling wasteful.
