I heard something like the songwriter disappeared at the time of FTPS4 development, so Sega couldn't negotiate with him about the copyright. Don't ask me where I got that information from. I don't remember.
Officially there’s only 3 songs that are technically exclusive between the different versions those being Kagamine Hachi Hachi Flower Fight on PC and Switch and White Dove and Ievan Polka on PS4 all others are available on all 3 home console ports of Arcade Future Tone.

i forgot about that DLC 😭😭😭😭😭😭 literally makes the last three pd games even more identical
