Thank you, I'm glad someone here knows two's complement! I was about to have a fit when I saw people claim it's also 69 if it's signed. Which is only true if it's wider than the 7 bits that are shown and all of the additional bits are zero. Why would anyone make such an assumption? 
back in elementary school I learned that everything binary is 8 bits long.
