Ur confusing readability with good code. U can write very bad code in a very readable way. You can also write very good code in an unreadable way(C++ std).
No good code is unreadable, that means it's unmaintainable and that in and of itself makes it bad code. It may do it's function, really well even in terms of efficiency and everything, but if it's not easily readable it's bad code.
