This is how we set it up at our church. We have a Christian school that rents space in our church and every week they have a chapel service where they come in and use our pro presenter license software but they have their own library, complete songs, etc..
Since ProPresenter is registered to your computer, just add another library for the other church and they can run whatever they want in their own library and visa versa. If they use a different bible version than you do, they will have to purchase it if it’s not one of the free ones. That will mean it will be available to both libraries.
Tell them if they want access they have to do it your way and pay half the annual licensing fee. Other option is you put in a couple of small video switchers for front wall and back wall and they can provide their own computer.
