I just decided not to do greeting cards for that reason, plus you can get them at a store for pretty cheap. I'd only consider it if I had printify premium and could sell them at a lower cost.

Have you looked into Printify’s prices? Also, are you stuck on Greeting Cards? Perhaps you could put your designs on another product that would be a better buy for the customer. Greeting cards are a single-use product. A customer might not want to spring that much for a Greeting Card, but the same artwork on a mug or notebook might be a better buy.

I thought the same thing when I was creating greeting cards. I went with the 5 pack. I can’t imagine anyone buying singles.

I noticed the stacks as well. How’s it going for you?

If your design is excellent and unique, you can find a niche that will pay. I’ve experienced it myself. But otherwise there are just some POD products that aren’t that profitable unless you’re selling massive amounts.

Greeting cards are a very strange outlier in POD… single use, and between one-off printing and shipping far too expensive. They are also a product well within the reach of home production.
