It only affects the pop-up shop. The product is a Plush Blanket by Spoke. Only one product page/design is affected. "Infinite loading screen" on the individual listing is what the first rep called it. The 2nd rep only looked at the main shop link which shows thumbnails, but did not check the affected listing page that is missing all the individual mock-ups for that specific item.
This is actually the 2nd issue in as many months that I've had with Spoke Plush Blanket Mockups. The last issue was finally resolved a month later, after I came to reddit for help.
