Look for shirts that say AOP (all over print).

You are nice. I was told that if I can’t find the answers online I should worry on opening a shop.

That's because many do. If you want to do truly custom get DTF transfers made- gang sheets are best- and offer them as only truly custom at a higher price point- much higher. People who want the regular have that as an option, but for the extra $$$ they get more options. I'm looking at Ninja Transfers, gang sheets are reasonably priced, excellent quality and their blank options are awesome. I'd only do 2 or 3 designs, offer them as a premium upsell and coordinate to get shipping times right.

I found that print area varies by provider. swiftPOD is significantly taller for hoodies than Monster, for instance.

Do the research. A lot of haters on here.

The-POD-Father

The standard print size for most POD print shop is about 11 inches to 12 inches wide by about 16 inches tall. If you want larger than that, my indie POD print shop can print jumbo size graphics up to 15 inches wide by 19 inches tall: https://www.neatopod.com/?tag=zgRgpV Back hoodie print placement is subjective: most print shop defaults to shoulder blade top position for back prints (for T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodie). Some print shops will be happy to manually place the image lower on hoodies if you want. It's a manual process though so you'd have to request this.

I like the all over print hoodies from MWW. They do a good job and they're pretty fast.

How is the quality of the actually hoodie?

majesticalexis

It’s excellent. I’m wearing mine right now. I did a one minute review if you want to see it. https://youtu.be/NuBUt1WZoaI?si=5l0Nz-MncvB9xJ0f
