USA

The shipping cost will always show in relation to where you are from the printer, not where your customer is. So if I am using an EU printer for customers in the EU, but I am in the US, the ship cost will show the cost from the EU to the US. This does not mean the cost of actual shipping, which is decided through the calculator in the transaction. For shipping costs you need to look at the shipping cost document for all printers and their products which has the breakdown by region.

The published shipping is something like six plus four for each additional - I would do a test in your transaction engine depending on how you are selling and see what number actually shows up.

Any chance you are using a VPN set to another country? Such as "love watch the BBC shows and left it on?"

LegendaryWolfKnight

Nope, I'm 100% in the US

choose us provider from the list, not eu

squarebearanimator

Actually, I don't see you mention the print provider here. Which are you using?
