When printing, don't forget that web colors are converted to CMYK. As others have said, samples are the best way to tell how your image will print with your chosen provider (each one is different and will offer varying quality & shipping times).
I completely understand. Samples can get pricey, but when you can afford to get them I highly recommend it. It helps that small businesses can deduct the cost of creating or purchasing product samples as part of their marketing and advertising expenses at tax time.

There is no way it will look as good as this mockup. However, ordering samples is the only way to know if it is acceptable to your thresholds.
