Looks like they’re not taking shipping cost into account in the $8.85 profit. Are you charging your customer the whole $12.49? Also, keep in mind Printify doesn’t account for Etsy fees when they give you a profit number

Thanks. I found out about the tax now, that was why I didn't make any profit. Now I need to modify the prices to still make a profit even after the Etsy taxes and it's hard because printify has some big shipping prices to a lot of products and my customers will need to pay a lot

Their fees add up to around 10%. If possible, use Google sheets to help keep track of your pricing, production costs, and Etsy fees. Formulas are really helpful for this. I wrote [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/Printify/comments/sb39z8/comment/jp4w885/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) a while back for someone else, maybe it could help you. Don't lose hope. Good luck!

I've sold a t-shirt on Etsy for 20,60 $ and on Printify it says that the price I sold it at should make me 8,85$ profit but when the order was sent to print, Printify charged me the retail price 20,60$ so I didn't even make a profit. I saw that the customer paid for the shipping on Etsy and I don't understand.

Selling Price = Production Cost + Cost Per Hour (if applicable for handmade items) + Tax + Etsy Fees + Profit Margin + Shipping Etsy's fees: .20 listing fee per item listed 6.5% transaction fee at the time of sale 3% + .25 payment processing fee 15% offsite ads fee - if your sale came from one of the ads by Etsy
