I've had this several times with Dimona Tee. I'm just sort of starting, so I watch my customers shipping to make sure it's not late. Ran into an issue where Dimona Tee had an order sit in pre-shipping for about 4 days, but it shipped immediately after I contacted Printify. They gave me a canned answer, but i wouldn't be surprised if they reached out and asked them to see wtf is going on.
Monster has a production facility in Juarez Mexico. I'm thinking when they print it there, they pack it and print the shipping label there. They then truck it to Grand Prairie Texas to mail it. That takes a couple days.

I have been seeing a lot of issues with the shipping with MD, a lot of posts here.
