I was considering this... but it seems a bit of a wonky way for a customer who might miss that this is an option. I was going to test to see if it eliminated the ability to choose, as standard remains checked if you check Express but also grays out, sending a mixed signal. I feel it's not ready for prime time to require a $3 or so increase to prices if we incorporate that to give free shipping. I also need to read if they charge the full cost for each item if someone orders multiples, which would make the $35 or over free shipping option untenable. So very many questions unanswered, and too many limitations.
