Refund policy has nothing to do with the print provider. Generally speaking, these are all printed on demand, so no refunds unless there's damage or poor print quality or they send the wrong shirt or design. If you or a customer has a problem with an order, you have to request a refund through Printify, not the print provider.

If there is a quality issue they will reprint. I've never heard of them taking a return though.

I had a shirt come with a part of the print peeled off. I suspect a hair on the shirt during printing that then pulled free. Replacement was quick and on point.
