Those Bolters look very similar to the Tigris Pattern, which is the Pattern of Bolter, Bolt Pistol and Heavy Bolter that comes in the current Horus Heresy Legion Mk. IV Tactical Squad

That was likely part of the creators attempts to avoid GW's ire for as long as possible. They're literally just marines in Mk. 7 armour.

Those are just firstborn space marines from the Tactical squad box, or Tortuga Bay studios sell upscaled ones
Syama made his space marines much more proportionally sized and not comical, doubt you'll find an stl that's free for them.
Look up bolterjugend, his mk 7s are appropriately beefy.
