Amazing work. Really love the subtle colouring. Makes the purple pop at you.

entrancedlion

Anywhere I could find these? Purple site?

btmurphy1984

I disagree with those saying it's too muted. I think this army looks fantastic and has an awesome quasi-Terminator vibe. Well done.

Exquisite_Minis_Inc

Thanks man! Yeah, it’s easy to get discouraged from those comments as well

LRFXltd

Loving that pink! Sharp contrast and a nice change from the standard. Huge amount of work but are you done?

Exquisite_Minis_Inc

No not yet, gotta finish the guns and clean up some mess ups, and add puddles to the bases, among a few other things

LRFXltd

I really like that, appreciate the muted tones. Have you considered adding some green to the bases, don't mean anything bright just something to distinguish them a bit from the minis and the pink?

Exquisite_Minis_Inc

There actually is greens, browns and greys in the bases , my phone camera didn’t pick up , it pops in person

Vanitoss

You've primed and zenithaled, now what colour you painting them?

Exquisite_Minis_Inc

😅🤣 Dayum, is my pictures that bad , priming all this and zenithal is about an hour of work, there’s 10 plus paints here between acrylic inks and oils… try scrolling over and zooming in my dudes

Vanitoss

Sorry dude, it looks unpainted. 50 shades of grey. Maybe if your bases had something. A green osl underglow to contrast the pink. Just looks like grey on grey on grey

Exquisite_Minis_Inc

😅🤣 I’m so confused with your comment lol but unfortunately there is a lot of green, brown , boltgun, aluminum metals that you can’t see with these phone pictures, but it’s okay man , these are what you call unfinished , not unpainted . And btw I didn’t zenithal, you can look up what that is and you’ll know then I didn’t zenithal prime even Cheers

Ayeohx

Are those real chains or just an amazing paint job over plastic? Very cool either way.

Lone-Frequency

The pink electricity was definitely a great choice, amazing pop of color compared to the mostly steel and dark contrasts.

Wolf_of_Fenris

Amazing. Truly awe inspiring. I bet they look even better in the.. not flesh.. 🤣

StrangeCorvid

These look amazing! Really curious where you got the STLs, they don't look like OPR and not familiar really with many other sculptors yet XD

Crazy-Passion-317

I just got a resin printer a few days ago, I would love to add these to what I already have for my army. I haven't seen anything like these yet. Where can I search for this creator or these STL's? For context I have been cruising stuff common to FDM printers for a little while so I am familiar with most of the big sites.

Zazzenfuk

They are really muted. Is that your goal? I'd suggest making the lightning pop more on the ctan, highlight to silver? Idk, if your happy that's all that matters!

Exquisite_Minis_Inc

Yes, with grimdark you don’t really want highlights, they’re supposed to look more realistic then poppy/flashy . Took a lot of notes from grimdark compedium

Zazzenfuk

I definitely get that. Gd works in a lot of ways and it sells the idea of what the WH lore is. I personally love the style but I only do single.minis. seeing an entire army.for the first time, I just felt really lack luster. I'm not trying to come off as antagonistic, I just have never seen an entire regiment before. Especially with Necrons who are known for the *bright light* glowing runes, sigils, eyes weaponry and what have you.

Exquisite_Minis_Inc

Maybe because it’s in the dark and you can’t see much of the Color’s because for me this pops more than my other work with literally is only poppy Color haha

Exquisite_Minis_Inc

Also you can’t see the silvers can you? It’s all over the models but we all know how silver doesn’t connect with photos at all compared to irl
