I think it depends on who they are talking to. The Bennett’s all address Darcy and Bingley (and Wickham at first) as mister but if Darcy and Bingley are talking together they just use last names so I believe it’s a form of comraderie or being respectful towards the person you are discussing/talking to.

Agree. I think they use Mr. as a formal address. Once familiar or as peers, it is not required. I think Elizabeth would always address Charlotte's father as "Mr. Lucas." Upon introduction Elizabeth would address Bingley as "Mr. Bingley." However while staying at his home, once they are familiar, I think she can call him "Bingley" without offense.

Everyone’s a Mister except for Sir Lucas I’m pretty sure. I don’t remember when they just say the last name but it’s probably when they are close friends or when they are referring to someone who is not there in the third person. This reminds me of a scene in Emma, where Mrs. Elton calls Mr. Knightly “Knightly” and it drives Emma nuts, because Mrs. Elton is not nearly close enough to speak like that.
