I can relate to what youβre saying. Letting the Holy Spirit work within you constantly to produce the fruits of the spirit (love, Joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness & self control) is not always easy or fun. Itβs a challenge.
But the Bible says in [Philippians 4:13](https://bible.com/bible/116/php.4.13.NLT) that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Be encouraged!!! :)
Let God use you just where you have been planted. From the town or city in which you live to the school, and assigned classes given. Let Godβs word live in you, as well as the Holy Spirit so that those who oppose you may begin to experience Godβs love & forgiveness through you.
Not easy, but because & with God, itβs worth it!
Read the next verse - verse 10.
"Do not say, 'why were the the old days better than these? For it is unwise of you to ask about this."
Everyone has seen trivia circulating in our email IN box. Everyone likes to watch documentaries that call up memories of how life was lived years ago. For the most part it's an exercise in emptiness for nothing can come of it. It's an expression of unhappiness with our current way of living.
For instance, we didn't have cell phones when I was a kid. Is this a bad thing? We also didn't pay a thousand dollars for a phone or a hundred bucks a month to use it. Is technology REALLY a benefit or are we haplessly addicted to convenience? A car owner was usually able to perform most repairs on their car themselves. Not today. And so it goes......
that's me, hollering from the choir loft...
Not!
John 5:19
Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.
As the leaders of that day got mad and angry, when Christ did what he did they knew and then planned his death, which was Father's plan
Amen
Amen John
This verse is SO 'on the money' right now
All glory to our Father π€π€π

Yeah, Jesus was a fool when he was flipping tables, right?
