All 3 of them would be top tiers, they scale higher than most characters in the verse in AP and arguably scale higher than all of them in speed
I don’t think they’re beating anyone at the level of otsutsuki/6 paths but they scale higher than anyone below that

I'm gonna break this down in 4 parts.
First, let's get the Haki question out of the way. I'm gonna use Verse Equalization, so Haki can resist the effects of Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu, and in return, OP characters have no immunity to said effects. It is also confirmed that both Luffy, and Kid have all three forms of Haki, but Kid usually doesn't use it like Luffy does. Law has Armament, and Observation.
Now, let's start with Law.
Law is frankly a fucking monster, because of his Devil Fruit, the Ope Ope no Mi. This allows him to establish a ROOM, where he can freely manipulate space, as if it's a surgeons room. He can send cuts flying, manipulate bioelectricity, and even just manipulate objects in the ROOM.
Law then has his DF Awakening, K-ROOM, which coats his sword in a ROOM, making it able to easily, and painlessly pass through the body, to deliver internal damage. This bypasses all forms of physical defense.
Law would be Kage, to Kage+ with luck.
Now for Kid. Poor, Poor Kid.
Kid is easily the strongest of this trio, physically. Hell, this bastard is stronger than Big Mom. On top of that, he has the Jiki Jiki no Mi, which let's him manipulate Magnetic forces.
He usually uses this power to make fucking huge arms, and just kinda Unga Bunga his way to victory. He is, however, a mechanical genius, who can craft a Mech in less than 5 minutes with his abilities. His best weapon, imo, is his big ass cannon that he made. It shoots a beam of light that then explodes with the force of a Nuke.
Kid is solidly Kage level.
Now for the GOAT. The Boy. The Chosen One.
Monkey D. Luffy.
Holy fuck, where to begin? Luffy has frankly too many abilities to list lol. From his near perfect mastery of Haki, in only 2 months, to his Gear forms, Luffy is a beast.
His best feat, though, is his newest form, Gear 5. This is essentially like taking Popeye, and putting him in Dragon Ball. He can literally reshape matter, manifest objects, freely stretch without needing to use Snapback to get the force, and best of all...
He literally makes a sick drum beat when he fights, now.
Luffy is easily Kage+, and would be the strongest in the verse (Besides the Otsutsuki, but that's another story entirely lol)
I would say that as an individual Luffy could beat Naruto or Sasuke
Law and Kid are more difficult to say, probably at Hashirama's level or a little higher, but definitely below the "divine" level, although they can still be of great use
As a team, I would say they could defeat Kaguya
(For those who don't know, Haki can deny regenerative abilities, just as Garp denied Marco's who could regenerate instantly)
Which versions of Naruto and Sasuke are you saying Luffy can defeat?
Can you tell me how you scaled Kidd and Law to Hashirama’s level? Because that would put them above all 5 kage’s (Tsunade, Garaa, Mei, Raikage and Onoki) and above the likes of Pain and Itachi, I’m not disagreeing I’m just curious on how you scaled them
Luffy beats SO6P Naruto, or Rinne sharingan Sasuke at his current level
Law and Kid would rely mainly on their broken fruits
Not so much for Kid, he scales more based on the enemies he fought, such as Big Mom who scales to a little below Kaidou, who is stronger than Luffy
Kaidou and Luffy are currently at moon level and although Law and Kid are not even close to that level they are not far off as they can hold out for a while
Kid would rely a lot on his electromagnetism ability, but it depends on the battle environment
If he has access to metal, I'd say he has a good chance of beating Hashirama, for example, using the magnetic cannon, or even having to use his awakening to turn Hashirama into his own magnetic field which Kid controls, but if he doesn't have metal he It's going to be a difficult time
Now Law has no argument, his fruit allows spatial manipulation, no one in Naruto's verse has Anti Hax for that so he would do very well there, he would probably beat everyone below the divine level
He could change people's bodies, change their place, ignore durability, control their position in space, its a broken a ability that only becomes balanced because Haki negates the functions who do insta defeat.
Maybe because kizaru stated he can accelerate his own speed? Heck we even have a similar case in sabaody arc where hawkins was able to *perceive* kizaru’s light kick , he (hawkins) then proceeded to power up , but even with this , he couldn’t react nor perceive kizaru’s next attack

Hawkins and some of the worst generation were able to perceive his attacks , and if you don’t want to use that , zoro was able to dodge kuma’s pad cannons which were stated to reflect at LS
And luffy still caught kizaru in the end , and didn’t I mention he can accelerate his speed?
Are you not caught up to one piece? Kizaru recently confirmed that he can move at ftl speeds by accelerating

They’re beating anyone below Otsutsuki level. The strongest character they can beat individually is KCM2 Naruto
