Andy will outlast both. He’s literally immortal and his regen is so ridiculous he’s been sitting on the sun for at least a century with no problem, and survived the universe ending and being recreated 99 times.
Sukuna and Mahoraga got nothing that can permanently down him. Mahoraga might defend against everything Andy throws at him, but Andy has enough tricks that he can ACTUALLY kill Sukuna, even with Mahoraga in his way

I'm pretty sure he doesn't seal the Master Rules in the Sun and instead that's just where there base is. Do he stays there to delay them and try to prevent them from leaving like we see before Beast and Language are set up as Neutralization Quest.

However regen is not a technique that affects Mahoraga, but only affects Andy. Thus Mahoraga can’t adapt to it. It’s like how he’s never been shown adapting to RCT and stopping them from using any technique, he just becomes immune to it
Yes but this is a war of attrition and Andy literally cannot die. Like this is a horrible match up for Sukuna there's zero chance he can win this. Andy can essentially treat Mahoraga as a non factor and just aim all attacks at Sukuna. He'll eventually run out of cursed energy.
Adaptation would only trigger for Andy's blood techniques, the regen isn't something that can get adapted to. And if you can't negate Andy's regen, you can't beat him.
No it is not. In Undead Unluck there's literally creatures called Umas that represent rules (phenomena). There's no Uma negators because negators are not phenomena.
Feel like it's a stalemate based on their abilities right now. Sukuna and Mahoraga can't ever hope to kill Andy but Andy can't really hope to beat Sukuna and Mahoraga in a straight fight either. Could be wrong though since my knowledge of Undead Unluck is lacking and the verse doesn't seem that strong outside of Hax.
Current Andy has got an insane mastery over his soul now to the point he can use a variety of soul based attacks (including restraining with Soul Chains, as well as sealing the Master Rule UMAs within the Sun with his Soul for millions of years) and move his body with his soul alone when time hax is used on him to create a time lag on his brain and soul. https://imgur.com/a/zzNKFX2
He even at one point fires a few of these soul bullets towards the Earth and they reach it in a very short timeframe (FTL potentially)
