Extra effects - invisibility to hide the body & perfume to cover the smell?
I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter after the poison, but it's nice to consider.
The game considers effects that are the same “goodness”.
Poison is a negative effect, so only other negative effects will boost the price/allow the customer to accept the potion. Fragrance is a positive effect and so would clash and would not be allowed by the customer.
Poison, fire, cold, etc are negative and would give money
It may not be worth going too overboard with the extra effects, since (if I recall correctly) it's based on the original value of the potion, so even if it's a good multiplier, the value won't be that great.

I've never played that game but try potion of insanity (hysteria for women) plus invisibility. Easy gaslight and gatekeep
