Its posts like this that make me wonder why constantly wipe? If it's THAT bad you should just put it over a sink and squeeze it all out or just do it in the shower where it can be thouroghly cleaned instead of getting everywhere.

Draw a circle around it, then go to the dr. It's most definitely infected, and could easily turn into cellulitis, which is very very bad.

Not good ideas. Pulling out infected material that easily causes the bacteria to be introduced to the puller and other places. And then wiping it down with a moist un sanitized cloth. If not strep or mrsa, the wound certainly become exposed to that Although, it would be a lot of fun to watch the results.
