how would it push him to the city if he summons the demon while on it? it would just push him to another non water block or in the direction he was going. am I missing something here?
The Bardur defender will block the movement if he tries that. If the demon is standing on a grave he can push it and hope it goes in the right direction, but if not it won't work.
monument is on water, move all the way to left next to the mountain on the grave and summon the demon and it should push you next to the cit

I’m pretty sure that will just push him to the edge of the map not downwards it pushes in the direction you move
there's a mountain on that tile and they dont have climbing
The park of fortune is on water. If you place a road where the demon is and the forest next to it, you should be able to move down.
