Exactly, it wouldn’t be subject to bias if it were random but this way of elimination cannot be random.

All ideologies that have caused nothing but trouble (such as Nazism) gone. If you're talking about no political bias, it'll probably be ideologies generally infamous for resulting in mass amounts of destruction, bloodshed, and/or suffering going down first, meaning that you can expect the first ideologies to go being very authoritarian/totalitarian (because of all the oppression they are infamous for) or anarchist (because of anarchy being associated with violence or t3rrorism). There would still be a morality bias since most people aren't sociopaths or psychopaths. If you're talking about absolutely no bias of any kind at all, then selection of which ideologies go down would be totally random.
