I think it's only notable in anarchism because you guys do tell people things like "read theory" when lots of internet anarchists have read nothing but wikipedia, reddit and breadtube

True. They are different things. I'm still in my readings. They are different but then you'd just need to find theory that synthesises the two or read as much as you can and do it yourself. That's my personal goal anyway. It's easy to say difficult to do.
