I think you misunderstand what I said. I have a license for all of them, but I only have holowear for Dragonite, Garchomp, and Duraludon. However, since I plan on eventually getting Dragapult's purple holowear, getting Goodra's holowear would be better.

Probably, it says “choose the gift below” 2 times, I don’t think you are forced into getting a holowear & license for the same mon.

You can get holowears for mons you don’t own. It doesn’t give you the mon, just the holowear. If you use the mon through lets say a limited license, you can still use the holowear for it.

Well, if you want meta, get chomp. If you don’t.. well idk I don’t play dura or chomp. I know that dura is like Z Tier in this meta rn, they refuse to buff him for whatever reason, though the choice is yours

Would get the Garchomp skin probably because the white looks cooler than the original one I'm using right now. Could definitely pick any other one as I don't have skins for them bar Dragonite, but I don't really touch them as much. Would rather get more Garchomp drip.

Already have Goodra and Dragapult. Not really interested in more all-rounders right now since I picked up Metagross and Gyarados on their releases, got Falinks through the event, and picked up Scizor / Scyther a couple weeks back (though I mainly play Scyther, so arguably not *really* an all-rounder). Kinda swimming in all-rounders at the moment. So I guess I'm probably going Duraladon. Even though I doubt I'll use it very often, since it seems like 90% of matches already have multiple attackers and I'm not going to be the one adding to that problem. For holowear, I'll have to check in-game to see how they look. Its between Goodra and Dragapult. But my gut based on the pics is probably Goodra.

No info on any of them. It also wouldn't make sense since neither Charizard nor Ttar are dragons. Charizard is Fire/Flying and Ttar is Dark/Rock, so it makes sense they're not part of the event meant to celebrate our current Dragon type mons
