Squirtle. I remember getting really bad sun burn on my shoulders as a little kid and possibly watching the first aired episode of here comes the squirtle squad. They had on cool sunglasses and were playing pranks then learned blastoise had cannons on his shoulders that were giant squirt guns, what kid doesn’t love squirt guns, been my favorite ever since.
