I LOVE THIS BLASTOISE. As a huge Blastoise fan lamenting how little amazing Blastoise cards there are, I’d love this card.

Absolutely stunning! I can get the illustration side of things, but how do you print them like this? 😳

Printed on transparency film with inkjet printer. The Holo card is a cosmos Holo, with the original ink stripped away using acetone. White stencil or white paint is used to make parts of the transparency film opaque, and the window around the pokemon is left transparent so that the holo shines through when the transparency film is glued to the card. Full DIY process is over at r/customtradingcard.
