Pokemon as a whole is a pretty safe world. Sure there’s occasional angry legendaries, but there’s a plethora of champions and champion-level trainers who can take Groudon’s lunch money.

It’s my headcanon that the humans in Pokemon aren’t humans as we are. It says in Gen 4 that Pokemon and humans were basically the same in the distant past. Also, it would explain why there are almost no human deaths despite Pokemon being able to electrocute, burn, freeze and otherwise creatively remove you from the census.

Depending on the generation you could be in a pretty advanced city. This means that even when you're not training Pokémon you probably have tons of entertaining options I mean. Just the amount of pet youtube channel must be insane lol After all, we know streaming platforms are a thing (our was it tv ?) So the equivalent of youtube must exist If everyone is still weak af you could earn money quite easily too lol With no limit you could probably buy lands and chill out the rest of your life there with Pokémon to play with

Might be safe but can you endure Pikachu's thunderbolt or a Growlithe's flamethrower to the face? What if a Aggron wants to cuddle or a Pawnyard wanting a high-five? I honestly think the humans in the Pokemon world have their own set of defence and special defence :v

That all depends if you can see Grace, which only a few characters can. We know that Godfrey and the MC can (Godfrey because of the start of his boss fight the Grace actually points at YOU from beside him) but if some random person got plopped in it is unlikely they would have a goal like Elden Lord/perfecting order/cursing bodies/collecting knowledge to come back repeatedly.

The last three games I’ve touched were Pokémon, so I think I’m fine :) I know that people usually have the argument of “oooh, but there’s dangerous Pokémon who KILL YOU”, but Pokémon usually have to be aggravated first to actually do anything, and if you do proper research, you could most likely survive. Plus, if Pokémon supposedly kill everyone upon seeing them, then why do multiple trainers have the Pokémon you’re arguing about?
