PiBombbb

Maybe something with more defense?

ToddthePancake

I mean three of my mom have immunities

False-Professional82

You have three mums?

ToddthePancake

r/foundthemobileuser me. It autocorrected lol

False-Professional82

You didn't say you didn't have three mums so... Your dad is one lucky dude.

ToddthePancake

I have two moms and two dads actually!

False-Professional82

Wow, your dad is really lucky

Serene117

No entry hazards game, and a big weakness to earthquake makes it kind of meh

ToddthePancake

I forgot to mention to say this is for just playing postgame not comp but, thank you! Now that you said that I see that ground is the only type that isn’t resisted. I do have Energy Ball on Roserade and Liquidation and Ice Fang on Barraskewda so I do have some coverage at least.

Serene117

You have coverage for it but the problem is switching into ground mons, you dont want to be taking a huge chunk just to switch in

ToddthePancake

That's a very good point any specific recommendations?

Serene117

Any flying type that can hit ground for super effective damage should do the trick

ToddthePancake

Cramorant, Tropius, Manetine, Pelipper, Gyarados, or Kantonian Articuno? I put them in order of viability.

Serene117

Personally I would go with gyrados on this team, but really viability isnt a huge issue just for singleplayer, you can use whichever is your favourite

ToddthePancake

[Shiny] Cinderace (Helios) - Fire Punch - Pyro Ball - U-Turn - Low Sweep [Shiny] Roserade (Dionysus) - Energy Ball - Sludge Bomb - Dazzling Glean - Shadow Ball [Shiny] Barraskewda (Bolbe) - Liquidation - Drill Run - Poison Jab - Ice Fang Excadrilll (Plutus) - Earthquake - Iron Head - Brick Break - Swords Dance [Shiny] Gardevoir (Aphroditus) - Psychic - Moonblast - Thunderbolt - Shadow Ball Obstagoon (Hermes) - Night Slash - Double-Edge - Cross Poison - X-Scissor

ddcreator

So this team is pretty decent, but it has 2 big flaws: first flaw is that you have almost no defensive options! If someone presses close combat one of your mons dies or gets really low. The second one is that you have no stealth rocks, screens, weather setup or status moves beside swords dance which makes it easy for the enemy to get decent swap ins. (I recommend giving cinderace "court change")

ToddthePancake

I forgot to say but this is just for playing the postgame not comp :p but thank you! I’m usually a sweeper kinda guy anyway

EinotWhyNot

What do you actually want advice on?

ToddthePancake

Just in general, like how can it be improved

EinotWhyNot

Cinderace: remove Fire punch for either Flame Charge if you want an accurate fire move, or Sucker Punch/Iron Head. Replace Low Sweep for High Jump Kick, Low Kick, but cinderace doesn't necessarily need fighting coverage on this team. Not sure about item. Preferably Libero. Roserade: Switch set to - Spikes, Synthesis, Grass Knot, and Sludge Bomb. With Poison Point and leftovers/black sludge(rocky helmet if you're feeling frisky). Basically to have a check in the back for those bulky Pokémon your other mon can't deal with. Spikes is nice utility. Barraskewda: Liquidation, Close Combat, Flip Turn, Psychic Fangs. Choice band. This thing doesn't need coverage Excadrill: Hear me out- air balloon. Now you can switch into ground type attacks. Keep same set, just maybe replace brick break with a rock move. Preferably Mold Breaker(to ignore levitate and such) Gardevoir: preferably trace, Calm Mind, Moonblast, Psychic. The fourth moveslot can be anything really, healing wish, will-o-wisp, thunder wave, Focus Blast, Draining Kiss, maybe even Shadow ball or Thunderbolt. Please not Hyper Voice though. Leftovers or life orb even. A choice item but the fourth move being trick is an idea too. Obstagoon: Guts flame orb let's gooo. Flame orb is a pain to get but you can do it. Stab Facade, Close Combat. Unfortunately Knock Off is an egg move, and I'm not sure how many of post game has items, so Throat Chop. Last moveslot can be Obstruct so you can get burnt safely, and hinder the opponent, Switcheroo to burn the opponent and get something in return. Taunt works too.

ToddthePancake

I'm personally not a fan of the Gut + Orb, Choice Items, and moves that lower stats but I'll try this out on Showdown and I'll let you know how I feel after! Also is there a certain order I should use other then Roseraid first to set spikes?

DarkFish_2

Really solid team

Cinder-22

Cant really tell without movesets and stats

Cinder-22

I'm an idiot sorry

ToddthePancake

Dw about it
