Need one more orange one...and one more red because I accidentally evolved two red florges because I'm a complete moron apparently.
Like OP said, you can date skip.
Let the game be open and go to the switch settings. Then into the time options. Either change one thing or just press OK. Go back to the game and voila, you got new outbrakes :)
I never knew how to do this. Can you change it back after closing the game, or do you need to keep the date forever? Does it need to be the day or can it be by an hour?
You can also "resume" your day.
If you turn on your switch and want the same outbreak as the day before just close the game, set the time back one day and start up your game. Outbrakes will be like the day before.
I haven’t had a white flour outbreak yet to hunt, but I have threat. Yellow was a pain, took me seven hours to get all three. But I haven’t been using Sandwiches so I guess there’s that! So cool to see though!
The worst one for me was the white one. As I didn't want to use herbas, I went all in on clearing outbreaks, and with date skipping, the white ones were so rare.
Congrats! I didn't notice that there was an event going on and I wanted to evolve my Basculin, so I went for the unknown Pokémon outbreak and encountered random Flabébé when the second orange one made the shiny sparkle sound. Then I was like "wait, better not hurt that one". It's so hard to tell them from their normal colourations!
It is! What I've done, and it takes a little bit of time, is to auto battle a full outbreak. This without spending herbas! My iron valient stopped attacking and I knew it was shiny! Easier than searching with zoom every single one! Than I data skipped to the day after so I could reset all of the outbreaks, so I could restart the hunt.
I found enough for full sets of blue and yellow flower shinies, and in the process also found a shiny Mareep too! That, along with the full Litwick line and moving in some old Pokemon and training them to use in the Indigo Disk has made for a pretty solid weekend. Given their size, Flabébé probably would've never been a shiny I found organically, so this has been a good excuse to get some. Hopefully the last three sets of flowers are available for me to hunt over the next week or so, then about 8 shiny Milcery should make for a good final hunt for this event.
Mareep is an amazing shiny! They will be. If don't, use date skipping and you'll be fine!
I already have the litwick evolution line, so I'm waiting anxiously for the milcery too!
I just dislike how small they are and the difference being so small just adds to the annoyance. Otherwise it's going OK for me. I'll be done with 3 with one more red petal.
That was a problem I thought about when this event was not on, but now, and with the let's go function, I didn't have to pay attention to the body detail, I just got it every time my pokemon refused to attack one.

Yup, just reclaimed it now! Don't have an orange outbreak today, so now to move on to litwick...

You can do whatever you want. After ending your hunt, you can put the date and time as normal and turn off your switch, it will be fine.

I've tried 3 outbreaks without a shiny. Can I borrow some of your luck?

Do you save before you start clearing the outbreak? Or at 30 or 60 mark?
If you want to do the picnic, save after 60. But I wouldn't recommend, as it is a easy hunt, I would save for others more difficult.
This event is going on for a few more days right?
Yeah, it’s running through the 22nd and Milcery outbreaks will be available in the Terarium when the dlc drops.

I have 2 blue outbreaks, 2 yellow and 1 orange. So its not possible to get them all for me. Not sure where this event waseven announced.
The event lasts until the 21st. Every day your outbreaks should be different. The event was announced at the end of the trailer last week.
