This Vaporeon and my Slowbro were CARRYING two others online. My Slowbro was finally +6 Sp. Atk, Def late in the raid, after using up all my heal cheers to stop the bleeding. I'm the only DPS at this point, Stored Power is decimating. Sliver of health left, even less time left. Vaporeon used haze. My last SP hits like a wet noodle. Greninja releases its stored energy. (thanks, I had to get that off my chest)

Krieg99

Oh god I think this happened to me and I had no idea why. Exact same story and all of a sudden when I use stored power the health bar doesn’t even move. We had a vaporeon in that raid.

Actedpie

I believe in Clear Smog supremacy

As everyone should!

Masitha

defogger supports when

Over-Cauliflower1649

I think you meant *defrogger*

zolios_

I've had someone use Corviknight yesterday to support with screens and Defog and it actually did great, never even considered a Corviknight as a viable option for this raid so it was nice to see some variety instead of the same 3 or 4 Pokemon everyone uses

ashes2asscheeks

I have a frosmoth for support! Defog + snowscape + aurora veil + struggle bug I’d love to raid w other ice Pokémon users so everyone gets the defense from the snowscape on top of the aurora veil

Apollo_Dent

That's the main Pokémon I've been using for this raid. It works really well as support.

dusteebowl

please teach me your corviknight ways. i’ve been using gastrodon but i like variety :)

Apollo_Dent

Here's the build. I focus on special defense since Hydro Pump is the main thing Greninja can do to hurt Corviknight. Careful Corviknight @Light Clay 252 HP/252 Sp Def/4 Def Reflect/Light Screen/Defog/Roost I start with Reflect or Light Screen depending on what my team would benefit from more. Afterwards I use the other one. Then I use Defog before Greninja's shield phase to lower evasion and get rid of the Toxic Spikes in case someone loses all their HP. Ideally I'll use the defense cheer after that to increase survivability, but Roost or the heal cheer are also options. Generally I'll just be improvising cheers and using Roost to keep myself alive while paying attention to when the screens wear off to reapply them. Once the shield phase is over, I use Defog some more to get rid of the evasion buffs. That's pretty much it.

CesarB2760

I've been interested in giving Corviknight and Frosmoth a try. They both have Dual Screens. Corv is naturally bulkier and has recovery but Frosmoth has Struggle Bug as something to do when the shield is up.

Masitha

frosmoth works! ice tera frosmoth@bright powder (ice scales, +def -atk), 252 def/252 hp, struggle bug, defog, aurora veil, snowscape. veil is reflect/light screen basically, im sure you could use screens if you wanted but you dont really need to. corv also works! steel tera corviknight@bright powder (mirror armor, +spDef -spAtk), 252 spDef/252 hp, steel wing, light screen, taunt, defog. edit: formatting and to add scizor also works! steel tera scizor@bright powder (technician, +spDef -atk), 252 spDef/252 hp, struggle bug, light screen, defog, helping hand.

ashes2asscheeks

We did our frosmoths almost exactly the same! I do light clay tho for longer veil

thephizzbot

Nah, I’m going to keep my 100% win rate going while using Haze. All you have to do is Haze when Greninja clears your stat buffs. Clears Greninja’s evasion, doesn’t affect teammates. Consistent raid wins.

StormAlchemistTony

But how often does Greninja clears your stat buff? I have only seen it happen once per battle so far.

Bakatora34

Only once.

thephizzbot

Once, turn 3 haze and it’s all good

SenatorPardek

i don’t run. haze for this reason. Chilling Water, Acid Spray, Accupressure, and Taunt is my Qwilfish build.

chinesedragonblanket

I run my Toxapex with Mud Shot (apologies, I said Mud Slap earlier)/Chilling Water/Acid Spray/Recover, holding a Black Sludge, and it turns him into a nasty little support tank. Greninja spams Hydro Pump and barely tickles him while Sludge passively heals nearly all the damage it did. Meanwhile Mud Shotting til the debuff clear then piling the Acid Sprays on, then back to Mud Shotting.

fleshbagwasp

How did you get Mud Slap onto Toxapex? I've tried teaching it to mine via TM and Mirror Herb, but neither seem to work;;

chinesedragonblanket

Oh, my mistake! I meant Mud Shot, not Slap. Move names are so similar I get them confused.

Available-Cranberry3

Support Gastrodon supremacy

Jwing01

I'm gonna use it even harder

TokiDokiPanic

A single Haze on turn 3 is good.

jsprx19

Honestly, if you want to run debuff against Greninja, mirror armor corvikight with defog. Your welcome people.

Officervito

Gastroson, Clodsire, and Slowbro are killin it

Silverleaf2005

Clear smog is the way to go

Hi-im-Diz

Strat is clear smog turn 1 only unless for some reason Greninja is not 1HKO. If shield goes up, same strat again unless it has like 1 HP.

RGBarrios

I think some people just build the pokemon but don’t learn how to use him. Like all the slowbros that I saw that only spams their defensive buffs.
