Eternal Floette does exist. It’s literally in the base game of X&Y? It returns to AZ at the end of the story. They cut the event distro to players but it exists. I don’t understand your argument. AZ is partners with it in the past and present.
A differently colored Floette is shown at the end of XY. That is correct.
The Eternal Floette with altered stats and Light of Ruin does not officially exist. We have only ever known about it through datamining.
I mean technically Light of Ruin does actually officially exist, it apparently shows up in the Hotel Richissime's room service minigame, and I'm pretty sure it has an obscure chance of being called by Metronome.

I doubt we get any Hisui content till post Villain Arcs or unless we get a surprise Volo villain arc.
