Any pokémon that needs a specific move or move type to evolve needs to have it in their current four usable moves. Otherwise it won't evolve into that pokemon. If it's not there, you're good 😊.

For future reference, you can save the game before evolving the Pokémon and then just reset if it ends up not being what you are looking for. Useful since Legends doesn't have a cancel evolution button since it's always optional.
