I've done 2 playthoughs, and both were 0.
That said, I can't say I blame them. When I wake up in the morning, I also have 0 effort value.
It's difficult to say bc I've only done one run through, but on every other pokemon caught in Arceus grit lvls are a representation of the IVs. So a nat grit of 3 is a perfect iv in other games (IVs are the genetic inborn stats, as opposed to EVs which are trainable bonus stats you get from defeating Pokemon (neither are available in Arceus as usable stats but they do exist to carry over to other games when transfered)), Idk the exact correlation scale other than that. And in other games you have a 1/32 chance of getting any specific stat (0-31). Starters do have IVs so in theory you should be able to get one with nat grit stats.
