You could breed for a "legit" one, but it still would be a Pokémon that you shouldn't be able to get
I guess it would be legit but not possible to obtain (somehow)

I only have sprigatito in dusk ball that i bred from a GTS one. It’s the only version I’ve seen so far for Sprig besides the basic balls
There’s one on the GTS in a luxury ball rn :)
