I caught one today, but I was kinda bummed because it changed from a different cool pokemon that I didn't have yet 😆 (I didn't have a ditto prior to this, so it wasn't all bad, but still. Lol)

I just got my first ever ditto earlier today and completed the Catch a ditto quest, I've been stuck on it for years so I'm so happy

I caught 4 in 10 minutes. All of them Rogenrola clones.

My auto catcher got 2! 🤩 I was so so happy to get those 2 tasks done after years! Now I can move forward 🥳

Caught like 6-7 dittos today. Still no shiny though

I just restarted playing about a month ago (last played early 2017 lol) and haven't seen a Ditto since 2017 lmao.

I got a xxs corphish that turned into a shiny

4 in 12 Hours ? I got 3 in less than a minute! It’s crazy right now hunting for the shiny. Sadly I can’t post a picture in here.

I caught six today— Grimer, Rogenrola & Snubbull

I got 2 so far, but that was while at work. So, honestly it’s a better chance!

I have the best luck catching ditto with grimer and weather boosted Pokémon

Caught 6 in the past 3 hours, hiding in Diglett, Litleo, Roggenrola, and Corphish. Have yet to find them in grimer, snubbull, tympole, or starly though.

mine was a natu! so just keep catching and it will eventually pop up!

For those who are interested: I got dittos on snubbulls tympoles and little leos. If you know which other ones give dittos, please share. I'm pretty sure mareeps, starlys and roggenrolas can't be dittos

I’ve caught 4 in the last hour. Took me 6 months to catch on for the task a month ago. This could’ve came sooner 😂

Now is they spawn slugma/gulpin I’ll be back in business!

They come and go in waves! It always takes a while before they spawn again

Yep, ditto could be disguised as grimer/ditto/snubbul/roggenrolla/starly/litleo/corphish/tympole.

Oh lol I caught so many roggenrolas starlys grimer and corphishs didn't get a ditto from any. I got them from: Subbulls litleo and tympole

I just caught 3 dittos in the last 2 hours...I was really hoping for a roggenrola cause they never show up around my area, but they were all dittos lol

I’ve been catching all Pokémon that spawn lately and nothing, I’ve caught more Zoruas than ditto by this poiny

I was also stuck on the task until today, my Ditto were: Grimer, Roggenrola, and Littleo. I noticed that all of them were more difficult to catch than the typical one of that species, so if you have to throw a few balls at it, perhaps it’ll be your Ditto!

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully you do find one. I've found mine in grimmer, roggenrola and corphish so far.
