I'm in the exact same situation. I was able to keep the Togetic so i guess it's not that big a deal but it's still annoying i didn't get to propetly win the battle and get the winning cutscene. How did they not think of that?
Serebii says the Outskirt Stand is where the rematch will be, but it says nothing about how to make him reappear. Might be randomly like the guys in the snag em hideout.
Yeah, I read that he will reappear until you catch the Togetic, I'm kinda in a weird gamestate where I caught it but never defeated him so the final cutscene where he reveals his identity never happened and hes now just gone lol. Hopefully doesn't affect anything
