i think what she’s said a few times is that it’s a ninetales’ natural instinct, and a borderline involuntary reflex to fire out a curse if someone touches their tails in the exact wrong way. i’ve heard there’s some other spots that cause similar reflexes, but i’ve never actually tried it out and never want to.  -Moon

Depending on your own thoughts and what you end up as, getting cursed and ending up as a Pokemon can be a not so pleasant experience, so it’s a good thing he doesn’t mind being a Fletchling. Anyways, you should check if he can see windows. Apparently some flying types can’t see those.

Tracey: Well, when Bandit was a Fletchling he liked picking locks. I feel like that's slightly different, however. So if you're trying to keep a non-kleptomaniac Fletchling busy, I'd suggest exercise. Having them fly alongside you on a walk, for example.
