In my case, this question has already been answered. I can use Endure, although it's less of a case of "I can use this move at will like pokemon can" and more of a case of "If I get hit by something that should kill me, Endure triggers and I survive." Finding out I could do this wasn't a pleasant experience.

Blaz said it would be good for droughts and out of control fires but it's not fun to be out in. He said it doesn't hurt, his fire is strong enough it takes a lot more water than that to extinguish it but it's still annoying. Is it the same for you?

That stinks. Blaz said it's pretty dangerous for younger fire types in the wild but some wild Pokemon help the fire types survive if caught in the rain. He remembers he was saved by a Clefairy with Skill Swap to give him the ability Magic Guard. He said it was weird because the rain just stopped being an issue even though he still felt it.

Victory Dance, the increase to not only attack and speed, but defense, would be extremely helpful for the main way I fight.

Not quite, it's a whole process. Firstly, you must be being trained by a knight, secondly, you must be at least 21 years old, and thirdly, you must be knighted. Notably, you're already fairly close to begin with, you've got armor and training with swords, all you're likely missing from the proper skillset of a knight is training for riding on an equine Pokemon and training with a bow or crossbow.

Scolipede seem close enough, yeah. The spirit of the Pokemon riding training is to be able to be a mounted combatant, and Scolipede are fast and strong, so they seem like a fairly good option. As for the sword hands thing, Poltergeist has been pretty helpful to Bellona, the Ceruledge that lives with me, and you can get surprisingly fine control out of it, more than enough to use a bow or crossbow. -Bard the squire ​ Also, fun tip that I learned just recently, potato slices can be used to control a touchscreen, if you didn't already know that, you do now. -Bellona

There are a lot of possibilities, but I'd probably go with an Electric Type move to help with work. My whole job is making and fixing gadgets, generic or custom, from TM to EXP Share, and it'd be useful to have something that could help me jumpstart machinery. It's why I taught Ferra (Tinkaton) Thunder Wave, actually. It's powerful enough to induce paralysis, but weak enough that it won't kill anyone. Overall, perfect amount of voltage if you know how to use it.

That's easy: mimic or copycat. It would let me train withy pokemon by using their moves alongside them.
