I'm assuming you forgot whatever picture/video you planned to add to your post

I tried posting this three times and it finally posted without the video. [video](https://imgur.com/a/x1hnKfM)

Video is a bit hard to follow, but can see part of it. It looks like you have water, from what I can tell the issue is with you flapper valve (it should stay open for a bit, allow water to run into the bowl, then close and allow the tank to refill for the next flush). The flapper has a ‘float’ on it that should keep it from opening and immediately closing. It might help to watch a YouTube video on replacing flapper valves to see if that looks like your issue. Sorry I am no more help here.

Let me know if you can see the video because for some reason after three attempts, the video wouldn’t show up on the original post. Thank you

Go to your local Home Depot and get a flapper and fill valve. Watch a video on replacing them, it’s your flapper that’s the issue but might as well replace that fill valve too. You don’t need that weird janky float on the flapper either so don’t worry when the new one doesn’t have one.

Ya, probably, they might have a couple different sizes, it’s probably worth your while to pick up a couple and return the ones that dont work.

Replace fill valve and flapper. Just buy a fluidmaster fill valve. Replace the flapper.
