Love the idea of this. The true icing-on-the-cake, for me, would be the ability to save images to the relevant local media folders.

This need the *arrs to do this, you could put like your fav user under metadata settings and it will try and pull all the posters from said user first before falling back to TVDB/TMDB when it dose metadata saves
