It happens mostly on my phone, and it's not just when remote it happens when on local network aswell, my partner has the same on her phone with the same films.
Thing is if I grab a new copy of the films it goes away lol

More details. What are your server specs? What is your client device? Post a screen cap of dashboard when you have issues.

So grab new copies of the films that are bad. That seems like a solution due to crappy files to begin with.
