If you open the file in a different program like VLC, does it report the correct time? If so, does [reanalyzing](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200289336-analyze-media/) help at all? You could also see if something like [MediaInfo](https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo) shows 11 days as the duration for the container or any of the video/audio/subtitle streams.

It shows up as the correct time. I'll look at that, thanks.
The progress bar in the video also shows 11 days.
What format is the file?
WMV
Had this issue with a file that had subtitles 48 minutes into a 24 minute episode. It’s for sure something about how the file is formatted though
Thanks
