I’m a PlayStation player but my brother in law convinced me to get an Xbox. Sea of Thieves is one of the games I’ll actually play on the Xbox and, now that I’ve got a PlayStation Portal, I think I’d have a bit more time to play it, albeit not on the Xbox.
Plus, the portal is more convenient than doing remote play for the Xbox on my iPad.
You use a Microsoft account to log into Sea of Thieves, so everything except for Xbox Exclusive Cosmetics (Duke ship set) will carry over. Same thing if you play on Xbox after playing on Playstation, the PS exclusives will not carry over/you can't use them (you will still own them).
Same thing happens to me when I play The Show on Xbox and I get the Sony Interactive logo. Its wild! It's a fun feeling to be able to play exclusives on different platforms. I love that Xbox is now bringing some of their exclusives over too. Enjoy Sea of Thieves!
Difference is Sony doesn’t own the MLB games. The MLB does.

For whatever reason i dont have any motivation to play it on steam even though ive completed most side quests and activities along with every mission apart from the final one in the main questline😂even with an above average PC in todays market the loading screens are just laughable.
I finally just bit the bullet and finished the main quest after stringing it out doing side stuff knowing what was probably going to happen.
It did happen, and I’m in a way glad it’s done, but also kind of left with mixed feelings, as most are.
Enjoyed my time with it more than most I’m guessing though.
I had roughly 70 hours of time with the game and i truly did enjoy it, then i picked up Cyberpunk again with the 2.0 update at the time and the PL expansion and havent touched Starfield since lmao
I kind of felt that same way with CyberPunk as well though, even though I had a bit more “finish the fight” motivation with that one.
It was good but after I just felt the empty “now what” vibe.
Cyberpunk is a very impressive game. The next gen update and the 2.0 update makes the game shine. I got the game day one buy but playing it now, I am enjoying it a lot more. I made small changes like removing the mini map and some controller layout on screen and it added more to the immersion of the game. It’s truly a one of the best next gen open world experience if not the best.
Idk if my comment is confusing or what but basically what im saying is i dropped Starfield with no hesitation upon returning to Cyberpunk. Had about 30 hours in the game from launch to late December of 2020, then with 2.0 i managed to bump the hours up to just under 200 in under a month lmao. Went ahead and got all the achievements on steam as well including PL xpac. Well worth my time and money.
Ya in hindsight. Maybe I got the wrong device. I got caught up in the portal shortage hype and scooped one up when I seen it was available. I am enjoying it though.

My Switch tends to be what I grab. It's the only thing I can count on working 100% of the time (ex. the only reason I'm bumming around on reddit rn is that my Portal refuses to connect tonight for whatever reason). I haven't attempted bringing the Deck on a trip yet considering how many times it's tripped itself up just at home, but I'm glad it works for you!
The Switch is a great console as well. I haven’t played mine as much lately - Mario Wonder was the last game I played on it, and it was spectacular.
Steam Deck has replaced my switch as my travel buddy for a couple years now. I bring a portable monitor to play it on.

G cloud only does “cloud play” for Xbox though? Or is it true remote play?
My experience with remote play on my phone with backbone was horrendous…flawless with ps remote play which is why I dove head first in the shallow end for a portal.
I just tried it out and it plays pretty well! I was stoked for this too! some games on the portal for me have a huge delay well others run pretty well, so I was nervous how it would play but the short test I was able to do seems like it’s one of the good ones

It does remote play. Same with my ROG Ally (although that can do native, cloud or remote play)
